(“AHM”) does not warrant,or guarantee the Website or any non-Honda branded products or services purchased through the Website, and any disputes, terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such use, is solely between you and Electrum. AHM shall have no liability, obligation or responsibility for the Website or any non-Honda branded products or services you may purchase through the Website. Further, AHM shall not be responsible for any content,products, services or other materials available from Electrum or its service providers.

This Website is provided to assist end users (“End Users”) in the process of purchasing and receiving applicable installation services for electrification products that include, but are not limited to: solar energy systems, energy storage systems, electric vehicle charging systems (“EVSE”), heat pump water heaters, and community solar enrollment (“Electrification Products”). Additional Electrification Products may be added to the Website from time to time. The Website collects End User information, determines the availability of the Electrification Products desired by the End User, generates quotes or competitive bids for the purchase and/or installation of such Electrification Products, and provides End User support as applicable in the process of receiving installation services for such Electrification Products. This Website is provided solely for current and potential End Users to interact with Electrum and may not be used for any other purpose, or used or reproduced by any other person or entity. The use of automated dial-in, inquiry, or screen-scraping devices, programs, or applications to obtain information through this Website is strictly prohibited

If you provide information that is inaccurate or not current, or Electrum has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate or not current, Electrum may reject the Estimate Request and suspend or terminate your use of this Website. In addition, if you do not provide accurate information, Electrum and its affiliated partners reserve the right to refuse service or to request additional fees. You agree not to submit any material that violates law or the rights of any third party or that is unreliable, incomplete, inaccurate, obscene, libelous, defamatory or otherwise objectionable. While Electrum does not and cannot control any material provided by you or the Website’s other Members, Electrum reserves the right to reject or remove any such material at any time with or without reason. You understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to data and information that is inaccurate or that otherwise violates any of the standards set forth in these Terms of Service, and you hereby waive all legal or equitable rights or remedies you may have against Electrum and hold Electrum harmless with respect thereto.

The content of this Website, including without limitation the pricing, information, graphics, products, features, functionality, services, and links (collectively the “Content”) may be changed, deleted or updated from time to time without notice. Electrum reserves the right to change any service offered, the features of any service offered, or these Terms of Service and Electrum’s policies, at any time. Electrum may discontinue, suspend or modify the Website at any time, and Electrum may block, terminate or suspend your and any user’s access to the Website at any time for any reason in its sole discretion, even if access continues to be allowed to others.

Neither these third party or affiliated partner sites nor the companies to whom they belong are controlled by Electrum. Through its rigorous membership requirements process, which is designed to ensure that its installer partners (“Installer Partners”) are reliable and responsible members of the Electrum installer network, Electrum has made every effort to determine the quality and acceptability of the products and services offered by its Installer Partners. However, Electrum does not make any representations or warranties regarding the correctness, performance or quality of any services provided by the Installer Partners. You should independently research and assess the risks that may be involved in accessing and using any software or services before purchasing or using such software or services.

  6. Price. For transactions made through Electrum and unless specified otherwise, the price you are shown at checkout is the price you will be charged based on the specifications of your purchase. Changes to the specifications (e.g. purchase method, change in finance situation after checkout) may result in changes to the price.

  7. Billing, Payments, and Fees. You authorize Electrum to charge you directly for any deposits, fees, or charges if applicable and agreed upon by you in writing.

  8. Advocate Referrals. Electrum offers all End Users the ability to become an advocate (“Advocate”) and refer individuals to purchase Electrification Products. Upon reaching milestones specific to each Electrification Product, the Advocate and the individual that purchased the Electrification Product may be eligible for compensation from Electrum. The terms and conditions of the Advocate program are subject to change from time to time and can be found at https://pickmysolar.com/advocates/.

  9. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability. USE OF THE WEBSITE AND ITS SERVICES ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. ELECTRUM DOES NOT WARRANT THE RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS OR ACCURACY OF THE WEBSITE, ITS SERVICES OR ANY MATERIALS ON THE WEBSITE. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws principles. American Honda Motor Co., Inc. has partnered with Electrum to provide current and potential Honda and Acura customers with access to the Website Service to facilitate the purchase of hardware and installation services for electrification products.We may share information we collect about you, your Honda or Acura products, and/or your use of the Website Service, including your Personal Information,with American Honda Motor Co., Inc. for use in accordance with American Honda’s Privacy Policy.

3.Cookies, Automatic Data Collection, and Related Technologies. Electrum collects and stores information that is generated automatically as you use it, including your preferences and anonymous usage statistics. We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). This California Consumer Privacy Act Statements for California Residents (“CCPA Statement”) supplements the information contained in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Pick My Solar Corp. dba Electrum, a Delaware corporation with offices located at 525 S. We obtain the categories of Personal Information listed and marked “YES” above from the following categories of sources:

  • Directly from our End Users or their agents. For example, from documents that our End Users provide to us related to the services for which they engage us.
  • Indirectly from End Users or their agents. For example, through information we collect from End Users in the course of providing services to them
  • Directly and indirectly from activity on the Website. For example, from submissions through the Website portal or Website usage details collected automatically.
  • From third-parties that interact with us in connection with the services we perform. For example, from government agencies when we prepare readiness assessments for projects that receive government funding.

Google Analytics IP Address (anonymously provided via IP asking), browsing data, metadata We provide Google with this information in order to determine browsing patterns and improve user experience on the Website. American Honda Motor Co., Inc. has partnered with Electrum to provide current and potential Honda and Acura customers with access to the Website Service to facilitate the purchase of hardware and installation services for electrification products. We provide this information to facilitate our services to you and our business relationship with American Honda Motor Co., Inc. You can opt out by contacting us at hello@electrum.co.

We may deny your deletion request if retaining the Personal Information is necessary for us or our service providers to:

  1. Complete the transaction for which we collected the Personal Information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contractual obligations to you.
  2. Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities
  3. Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality
  4. Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another individual, consumer, or End User to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law.
  5. Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 seq.)
  6. Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the deletion of Personal Information may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research’s achievement, if you previously provided informed consent.
  7. Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with End User expectations based on your relationship with us.
  8. Comply with a legal obligation.
  9. Make other internal and lawful uses of that Personal Information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
  10. Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable End User request to us by either:

Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable End User request related to your Personal Information. You may also make a verifiable End User request on behalf of your minor child.


You may only make a verifiable End User request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable End User request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative.
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
  • We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. Making a verifiable End User request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable End User request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable End User request within forty five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the date in which the verifiable End User request is received. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the Personal Information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable End User request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services.
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

Changes to our CCPA
